Patricia Yvonne Daniels Drachenberg, 85, of Jefferson went peacefully to heaven to be with Jesus on Friday, Sept. 18, 2015.

Born on April 27, 1930, in McCook, NE, she became a child of God through baptism in the same year. She was the daughter of Mae Houser Daniels and Albert Daniels of Kansas City, MO.  She was the wife of Herbert Drachenberg, married for 59 years.  She lived her life in faith, and joyfully looked forward to the time when she would shed the difficulties of this world and go to heaven.

She graduated from St. John’s College, Winfield, KS, with a degree in teaching.  She loved her family and especially loved teaching them of the love of God, and over the years was also active in her church and community.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are children Diane and her husband Kevin Gooch of New Windsor MD, Trisha and her husband Dan Easton of Bagley, and Richard and his wife Jill Drachenberg of Marietta, GA.  Also surviving are grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Christopher and his wife Andrea Masciocchi and their son Landon of Greencastle, PA; Daniel Masciocchi of New Windsor, MD; Elizabeth and her husband Scott Graham and their children Patrick, William, Ada, and Scarlett of Jefferson; and Amalia Easton of Ankeny.
